In her new position, Green will provide leadership, strategic direction, budget management and support to the network services, marketing and creative departments. She will have ownership of all corporate initiatives that impact the Real Living enterprise. “Real Living continues to challenge me. We are always evolving, always pushing the envelope. Most recently, Green was the director of network services, where she was responsible for creating efficiencies to support the continued growth of our franchise network and developing annual targeted marketing plans and budgets that supported Real Living’s goals for growth, innovation and brand development. “Alex has been a key figure in Real Living’s marketing and franchise initiatives for the past several years. Throughout her numerous positions, she has proven to be an effective leader. Green joined Real Living in 1998 as marketing coordinator. She moved on to be marketing manager and then director of marketing for HER Real Living in 2004. She is a 1998 graduate of Otterbein College, where she received a bachelor’s degree in speech communication with a minor in public relations.
