New Hampshire Luxury Real Estate Leader Launches New Website

1306189584Maxfield Real Estate recently launched a new website, making it easier for homebuyers to search for properties in Wolfeboro and the surrounding Lakes region of New Hampshire. The user-friendly website, created by Boston Logic, focuses on a couple of principles:

The client can get to where he or she wants to go, as quickly as possible. “We wanted the process to be easy and the pathways to get there easy to find,” says Chip Maxfield, owner of Maxfield Real Estate. “We kept the home page simple.”

Maxfield Real Estate now boasts new social media connections through sites such as Facebook and Twitter—they are even podcast friendly. To follow them, it’s as easy as going to the front page.

The user can search by type of property and narrow it down as they go—or do a quick search if they know what they are looking for. “You can search by lake, which in our area is extremely important, and then again narrow the search by price or town,” says Chip.

The new website also takes advantage of all the latest technologies, including Google mapping and mortgage calculators on the listing pages.

Perhaps one of the newest and most interesting features is the ability to search for sold and pending properties. “This will further help to educate buyers and sellers to what the market is actually up to,” explains Chip. “The agent is still very important, as familiarity with the market, condition of homes, and area knowledge are as valuable today as ever in the past.”
