Sharon Oxman of Harry Norman, Realtors Closes Highest Company Sale to Date in 2010

Sales of Harry Norman, Realtors listings, priced over $1 million, are up 61% in the first quarter of 2010 versus the same quarter last year. In total, 18 Harry Norman listings priced over $1 million have closed since the beginning of 2010. The highest company sale to date, closed in March, and was listed for $3,050,000 by Sharon Oxman of Harry Norman, Realtors’ East Cobb office. The home is located in an affluent Atlanta neighborhood on over an acre and features 6 bedrooms, 6 ½ bathrooms and three beautifully finished levels. Equally impressive outdoor living spaces include a private swimming pool and spa, an outdoor loggia, and 6-hole putting green.
