Find It Now! Making Life Simple! Keeps Personal Info Easily Accessible

San Francisco, CA – April 20, 2009 – Pacific Union Real Estate agents Carol Carruba and Lillian Ng want to make life easier for their loved ones and clients. As the result, their labor of love produced Find It Now! Making Life Simple!™, a useful reference book that holds all your personal information in one convenient place. The comprehensive book was designed for individuals and families to complete with their own data, giving peace of mind knowing all key information is located on one place available at a moment’s notice. Carruba and Ng give a copy of Find It Now! Making Life Simple!™ to many of their clients as a gift; eventually the book will be sold to the public and made available on CD.

“We wrote this book so you can easily access various components of information. It was designed for people of all ages to personalize by adding more pages, divider tabs or plastic sleeves to protect important documents and therefore creating a functional book complete with personal data,” said Ng, who works from Pacific Union’s Opera Plaza office. “Completing this book is one of the best gifts you can give your loved ones and yourself.”

Tabbed with sections including personal information, medical and health, insurance, banking, income sources, investments, credit cards, real estate and more, the easy-to-use book offers practical instructions and helpful hints from Carruba and Ng.

Both Carruba and Ng are designated Senior Real Estate Specialists (SRES), with a combined experience of more than 50 years in real estate. The SRES specialization is an officially recognized course program for Realtors that teaches them how to best focus on the needs of home buyers and sellers aged 50 and over. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, more than 7,900 people will turn 60 every single day this year. In addition, real estate is the largest single asset class held by households that are headed by someone who is 65 or older, according to Harvard University s Joint Center for Housing Studies.

“Make this a fun project and invite a family member to work on the book with you,” said Carruba, who works from the firm’s headquarters office in the San Francisco Presidio. “We assure you will have many laughs…which will never be recorded, charted or noted…but imprinted in your memory forever. That’s invaluable.”
