Smith brings seven years of experience at Savannah real estate firms to her new position at Seabolt Real Estate and works with buyers and sellers. Her areas of expertise include luxury real estate, strategic marketing, contract negotiation, out-of-state buyer representation and client communication.

Originally from Atlanta, Smith earned a B.F.A. in Communication and Media Studies from Valdosta State University and has lived in Savannah, Ga. for the past 12 years. Dedicated to giving back to the community, Smith has volunteered over the years with Telfair Museums, Junior League of Savannah, Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Coastal Empire’s Red Shoe Society, Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church and the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce’s Ambassador Council.
