NEWPORT, RI USA- Jeff Brooks of Hogan Associates is sponsoring his annual food drive to benefit the Dr. Market Luther King Jr Community Center in Newport for a 3rd year. Jeff will match all donations by weight. Last year over 3,000 pounds of food for the center were raised and he hopes to beat that goal again this year!
The Center serves over a million meals to Newport County residents throughout the year and these donations help keep the pantry shelves stocked and add diversity in meal choices. Any help goes a long way to helping local families and your neighbors.
Please drop off any non-perishable foods to either of Hogan Associates’ offices or directly to the MLK Community Center during standard business hours. Be sure to mention Jeff by name to add to the tally to have him match! The drive will run February 19th through March 4th.
Cash donations to the center are, of course, also welcome.
