NEW YORK, NY (December, 2008) - The CNBC Americas Property Awards 2008, in association with The New York Times, has awarded Sibarth Real Estate with a Best Real Estate Agency Caribbean 2008 award, as well as a price as Best Americas Real Estate Agency 2008 at the international final. Located near the island’s most fabulous luxury yachts and sailboats, the Gustavia-based company earned the prestigious award for its successful international marketing and reservations/sales efforts. For nearly a decade, Sibarth has occupied the elegant space of la Maison Suédoise, a landmark building dating back to the mid-nineteenth century. The awards – which are linked to the world’s largest and most prestigious property competition – was presented at the organization’s gala dinner on November 7th at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Christian Wattiau, managing partner of Sibarth Real Estate and Cécile Tiberghien, realtor, represented the team. Christian Wattiau said of the award, "Winning these awards is a symbol of great recognition of our teamwork. Our goal as realtors is to keep our clients' best interest at heart and to build a long term relationship based on confidence and trust.
These awards are a reflection of our leadership and success in St Barth over the past 30 years. This certainly pays tribute to our "passion for Excellence"!
I would like to express my gratitude to all of our clients who put their trust in us and who remain faithful to us year after year."
