Amy Taylor is settled in to the Reno office, Laura Litynski-Vitencz is representing her clients in Incline Village and Sherese Nguyen works within the luxury agency’s Carson Valley office in Nevada.
With an extensive background in construction, property management and land development, Amy Taylor provides a personal insight into the appeal of investing in real estate and the intricacies of buying, selling and building homes. Her own experience in building a home from the ground up in three months is an added bonus.
With this background, Taylor can help clients make informed decisions and guide them on the right path with her instinctive construction and real estate knowledge.

This inspiration comes from her own experience of raising her family and creating a ‘sanctuary’ to enjoy all that is good in life.

As one who has served our country in the Army and Air Force and lived in eight states and Europe during her father’s service as a Brigadier General in the Army, Laura Litynski-Vitencz feels grateful to have landed in Lake Tahoe.
In addition to receiving a Joint Commendation Medal for service in Iraq as a Captain, Vitencz remarkable career spans across the fields of education, music and business.
Vitencz also holds a PHD in Psychology, was a Director of Human Resources and applied her creative mindset as a Director of Marketing. Most recently, Vitencz is the President and CEO of Inspire Consulting LLC.
Her honor-bound commitment to her country and her clients run parallel with her unyielding appreciation for her hometown.

Prior to becoming a Realtor within Chase International’s Carson Valley office, Sherese Nguyen achieved an undergrad in Psychology and an MBA in Business Administration with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship.
She has worked at Caesars Palace Las Vegas which shaped her strong work ethic and enriched her customer service skills. For many years, she led and organized children’s programs at Run, Rattle & Roll where Nguyen was the local Carson Valley owner. Most recently, she continued her passion for working with special needs children throughout her community. All of which refined her innate understanding of an individual’s needs and desires.

Her compassion for her clients mirrors her family life where she treasures time indoors and out with her husband and children as often as possible.
