Over the course of his career, Bob has served in many capacities on local and state boards as well as for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). He holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and Graduate REALTORS® Institute (GRI) professional designations. He was Past President of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, Past Chair of Government Affairs Committee "Public Policy", Past Chair of the Property Management Committee, Past Chair of the Committee of Professional Standards, Former State of Illinois Licensed Appraiser, Certified in Training from the Community Investment Corporation to manage multi-family property. Additionally, he was certified from C.I.C. industries to handle dispute resolution, a licensed real estate pre-license instructor, state of Illinois licensed real estate continuing education instructor, Ombudsman for the Illinois Association of REALTORS® with mediation classes from the National Association of REALTORS® and served on the Commercial Alliance Committee. He also served as president of the MLS La Grange Board of REALTORS® and has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions.
Bob is a member of the Chicago Genealogy Society and loves history. He is active in the St. Cletus Parish. He was founder and charter president of Countryside Rotary, co-founder of the Countryside Chamber of Commerce and a past Master of the La Grange Masonic Temple. He served two terms on the Lyons Township Peaceful School Initiative Board for which he attended special courses at Northwestern. He also served two terms on the Des Plaines Valley Mental Health Board Association.
