The 93-year legacy brand is leasing nearly 20,000 square feet of office space in two notable Atlanta commercial developments in Buckhead. The company’s corporate office, Partner Services, relocated earlier this year to Ardent Companies’ newly re-envisioned Piedmont Center at 3525 Piedmont Road with 10,189 square feet of contemporary, multifunctional office space. The Buckhead Brokerage office will open in early August occupying 9,183 square feet at Brand Properties’ new 2827 Peachtree Road office building in the coveted Garden Hills neighborhood of Atlanta. Both spaces were designed by Hendrick, Inc.

The Buckhead Brokerage office will reside within the brand-new 135,000-square-foot boutique office building at 2827 Peachtree Road expected to fully open mid-August. The Partner Services office is set in the Piedmont Center, which is now fully owned by Ardent Companies, and has been reconceptualized into a space with 14 Class-A office buildings and fosters creativity and fun while at work. Located in Building 5, the Partner Services Office will serve as Harry Norman, REALTORS® headquarters, providing space for a range of strategic and support service teams.
