SEATTLE, WA USA – Sunday, April 16th, members of the global Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate (LRE®) network began arriving in the Playa Largo Resort & Spa, located in Key Largo, Florida to attend the 19th Annual Luxury Real Estate Spring Retreat. The exclusive event brought together top real estate professionals, industry leaders, and engaging speakers from around the world to connect, share, and discuss the latest trends in the luxury real estate industry.
The event began with the Board of Regents Reception on the beach at the Playa Largo Resort & Spa. This exclusive programming brought together the Board of Regents attendees and welcomed them with a spirited kick off to the week. The following day, Regents heard from Chris Pollinger of RE Luxe Leaders about thriving in today’s unpredictable business landscape. David Abernathy of Waterfront Properties & Club Communities, Rich Higgins of Higgins Group Private Brokerage, and Thomas Wright of Summit Sotheby’s Intl. Realty also shared with Regents members about how to perfect listing presentations and win more listings. The third and final speaker featured Shannel Ryan of LIV Sotheby’s Intl. Realty and LRE®’s President, Meghan Barry who emphasized the importance of creating a culture of success and securing the highest per agent productivity rates. After insightful talks from our speakers, attendees heard from expert panels, led by Board of Regents members, discussing the advantages of being a Board of Regents member and the extra tools and resources available. The Board of Regents meeting concluded with round table discussions about AI, social media and marketing and listing presentations.
The event featured two keynote speakers – Chris Pollinger of RE Luxe Leaders kicked off the first of the keynote speeches, talking about the future of luxury real estate with an emphasis on navigating trends and evolving customer expectations. The talk focused on the rapidly changing landscape of luxury real estate and the needs of high-end buyers. Audie Chamberlain of Lion & Orb was the following speaker, who focused on a masterclass in public relations for real estate.
In addition, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate members enjoyed several sessions throughout the retreat regarding ‘Finding Your Place’, ‘Lessons Learned from the World’s Top Billionaire and Hall of Fame Clients’, ‘Human Assisted AI + SEM = Deals at Scale’, among others. Attendees also engaged in lunchtime round table discussions focusing on a variety of luxury real estate topics.
Attendees also enjoyed daily workout classes hosted by 2Costa Rica Real Estate’s Kelli Ricco, as well as Islamorada property tours hosted by American Caribbean Real Estate.
