He has personally facilitated well over $675 million in transactions in that span in both developer sales and resale properties, with $74M in closed sales in 2021. Originally hired by renowned developer DMB and Associates to focus on the custom homesites and home sales in the Silverleaf community, he and the Silverleaf Realty team have expanded into one of the top resale brokerages serving the entire Phoenix/Scottsdale market.    With $311M in resale transactions in the past eight years, Mike has averaged nearly $40 million in annual sales which has earned him a perennial top 20 individual ranking in Valley Realtor production. In 2021 in addition to numerous Silverleaf and DC Ranch transactions, he has recorded sales in areas including Desert Mountain, Troon, Desert Highlands, Estancia, Grayhawk, and Kierland Optima to name a few. His recent sales have spanned from $400,000 townhomes to $10 million estate homes while averaging over $2.3 million per sale. Consistent high-level production has been his trademark, a testament to his dedication to the business and strong work ethic.   The hundreds of clients he has worked with have cited his professionalism, responsiveness, business knowledge, trustworthiness, and attention to detail as his strongest attributes. His background working for some of the top real estate developers in the country has provided Mike with significant knowledge and expertise of golf communities, and a unique perspective to sell the lifestyles of these unique locales.    Licensed in 1997, Mike began his development career in a marketing and membership capacity for the Lyle Anderson Companies. He quickly transitioned to real estate, hired as one of the original sales executives in 1998 at the newly opened Superstition Mountain golf community. In his six years there he sold 120 properties, totaling more than $70 million in gross sales (homes and land). He was the top producer in three of those years (2000-2002). Prior to entering real estate, Mike worked in Operations and Sales at the national headquarters for Minneapolis-based glass company (Apogee/Harmon Glass) in 1992-96 and was also a Marketing and Public Relations Assistant for the Minnesota Vikings in 1990-91. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1990 where he was the captain of the golf team and was named Academic All-Big Ten in 1988 and 1989. He later furthered his education in 1995 when he completed his MBA graduate degree at the University of Minnesota.
