Having lived in Boulder for over two decades, Nancy understands the market and its neighborhoods like a native. Nancy has spent over 25 years developing and executing strategic marketing plans for massive consumer product companies, with expertise in market research/consumer insights, managing budgets, and allocating resources to generate the largest reach and biggest impact. After a stint as the head of marketing for a local home builder, she fell in love with the real estate industry, and those skills from her corporate background help Nancy provide her clients with the highest quality service. Living overseas has also provided Nancy with an appreciation of global real estate. A fully-accredited Realtor®, Nancy recently was awarded the “Rising Star” in the middle of the pandemic.
