Marc got his start as an ad writer on Madison Ave at Young & Rubicam. He has spent much of his career helping brands inside and outside of real estate reach deep within to create more compelling, unique and honest messaging and in the process, discover their true brilliance and differentiation. He’s a proven speaker who can take an audience on an engaging journey inside the workings of a brand agency and reveal the hidden secrets of how to build a lasting and loved brand. Davison formed 1000watt in 2007: with Inman’s then President, Brian Boero after working with Inman News as their brand consultant. Davison is a published author, an accomplished musician, a father of four, and devoted husband to his high school sweetheart. Since 2007, 1000watt has worked with many of the most well-known global, regional and local brands - franchise, brokerage, mortgage, tech, MLS & media - applying their creative expertise on building their brands. Davison has led many workshops and has given many talks over years about building brand frameworks, about real estate and consumer behavior, customer journeys, strategy and messaging.
