Meet the Sweeney - Lehman Group

Mike Sweeney

Since the year 2000, Mike Sweeney has focused on the sales and marketing of custom homes and homesites within Silverleaf, DC Ranch, and Paradise Valley. As the Designated Broker of Silverleaf Realty Mike has sold over $120 million dollars over the past two years and consistently remains one of the top-producing agents in Arizona.   Mike is a longtime Scottsdale resident, moving to the Valley in 1988. Prior to joining Silverleaf Realty, he was a part of the DMB Associates group developing Silverleaf and he worked with the Lyle Anderson Company and was involved in luxury sales, community marketing, land development, and homebuilding.  An experienced aviator, Mike is a member of Angel Flight West and enjoys donating his time as a mission pilot, providing air transportation to patients and families in need.

Mike Lehman

Mike joined Silverleaf Realty in 2002 as a sales associate and has had prolific sales results during his tenure. He has personally facilitated well over $600 million in transactions in that span in both developer sales and resale properties. Originally hired by renowned developer DMB and Associates to focus on the custom homesites and home sales in the Silverleaf community, he and the Silverleaf Realty team have expanded into one of the top resale brokerages serving the entire Phoenix/Scottsdale market.  Mike has averaged  $40 million in annual sales over the past six years which has earned him a perennial top 20 individual ranking in Valley Realtor production. In 2021 in addition to multiple Silverleaf and DC Ranch transactions, he has recorded sales in areas including Desert Mountain, Troon, Desert Highlands, Estancia, Grayhawk, and Kierland Optima to name a few. His recent sales have spanned from $400,000 townhomes to $10 million estate homes while averaging over $2.3 million per sale. Consistent high-level production has been his trademark, a testament to his dedication to the business and strong work ethic.   The hundreds of clients he has worked with have cited his professionalism, responsiveness, business knowledge, trustworthiness, and attention to detail as his strongest attributes. His background working for some of the top real estate developers in the country has provided Mike with significant knowledge and expertise of golf communities, and a unique perspective to selling the lifestyles of these unique locales.   

Stephanie Lantz

Stephanie Thomas has joined Silverleaf Realty as a Sales Associate, partnering with Mike Sweeney and Mike Lehman. She brings with her extensive market knowledge and experience in the luxury space. Born and raised in New Jersey, Stephanie attended the University of Georgia and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. She began her career at a technology start-up in California, where she developed an in-house public relations department and serviced more than a dozen NFL teams. She was later brought on to a sports marketing agency and worked alongside AT&T corporate executives, overseeing AT&T’s global rebrand and contractual partnership with the Los Angeles Rams. Discovering her passion for client service excellence, Stephanie became a licensed real estate agent in Arizona. Natalie Palmer

A licensed real estate professional since 2001 and member of the Silverleaf Realty team since 2017, Natalie is a partner with the Sweeney Lehman Group.    Natalie offers her clients in-depth knowledge of current market conditions, cutting-edge marketing strategies, and extensive experience in the luxury space.  In addition, she is extremely detailed in her approach to every transaction and possesses the drive to not only achieve but exceed client expectations.   An Arizona resident for over 30 years, Natalie combines her love for the Valley with a multifaceted background in real estate sales and marketing.  She has been involved in luxury real estate sales in a variety of communities including Silverleaf, DC Ranch, Troon North, Mirabel, Arcadia, and Paradise Valley.
