A Naples native and a graduate of the University of Florida, Karyn has worked in the Naples luxury real estate market for the past 8 years. Karyn is extremely well versed in new construction and holds the distinction of top salesperson in her previous role as a new home sales professional at a local luxury community. Hailing from a family of builders, her love of helping others combined with her innate knowledge of the home construction world contributed to her interest in the industry and laid the groundwork for Karyn’s eventual career in real estate. Previously, Karyn was a Registered Dietitian with her own private practice. After a distinguished career including an internship at Cornell Medical Center in New York, Karyn decided to transition back to her roots and pursue a role in Naples’ luxury real estate.
Karyn’s route to success was forged by her efforts to create a smooth, seamless experience for all her clients. Having empathy and understanding during what can be a challenging process has stood her in good stead with her clients and allowed for her continued achievement in this industry. In the first 6 months of 2021 Karyn sold 61 new homes in a local luxury community, proving good old fashioned hard work leads to success.
