COLUMBUS, OH USA – Susie Pattison, award-winning agent in Corcoran Global Living’s German Village office has just received the Top Professionals Under 40 award, sponsored by the Young Professionals Network of Columbus REALTORS®. She, along with six other local agents or affiliates, were presented with the honors at the annual Awards Reception on January 27. The awards are presented to real estate professionals, who are under 40 years of age and have demonstrated successful careers punctuated with enthusiasm, innovation and commitment to the industry.

Each spring, Columbus REALTORS® In Contract magazine features these excellent young professionals in the real estate industry. The select individuals are the rising stars in real estate and have demonstrated excellent performance within the following categories: sales and volume, community and professional involvement, business strategy, technology, and an ‘x factor’ which includes letters of recommendation.
This award comes right on the heels of the 2021 Rising Star of the Year award, which Pattison received in December, as the star continues to soar. In her rookie year, she earned Columbus REALTORS® President’s Merit Award. With 66 closed transactions totaling $24.1 million in the past 31 months, she also earned Columbus REALTORS® Commitment Award this year. 
Pattison earned a Columbus REALTORS® Scholarship for classes at Hondros College. She is a current member of Columbus REALTORS® Scholarship Committee, and is applying for Columbus REALTORS® Leadership Academy this year.
She is also an avid proponent of her community. She has participated in Pelotonia, raising over $40,000 for this local organization whose mission is to wipe out cancer. She is a member of the Upper Arlington Civic Association, the 4th of July Planning Committee, and volunteers as a Certified Tourism Ambassador. She also hosted a food drive to benefit a church during the pandemic.
