- 12 Oyster Bay Drive, Rumson, a waterfront property on the Shrewsbury River sold for $6,400,000 on 7/20/2021 which had been marketed and listed by Jessica Hickey and Lisa Bilancione, sales associates in our Rumson office. They also represented the buyers in this sale.
- 31 Ward Avenue, Rumson, a waterfront property on the Shrewsbury River with views of the Atlantic Ocean, sold for $5,350,000 on 8/27/2021 at auction; the buyer was represented by Christine Whelan, sales associate in our Shrewsbury office.
