Chase International Real EstateRENO, NV - As Chase International continues to expand its presence through Northern Nevada and California, five more Realtors joined the luxury real estate’s offices. Scott Hartze and Kimberly Moore are based in Sparks, NV. Brooke Hagopian has joined Chase International’s South Lake Tahoe, CA, office. Jessi Bartlett is working out of the Zephyr Cove, NV, office and Nic Thompson splits his time between the agency’s Truckee and Tahoe City, CA, offices.

Scott Hartze,Sparks, NVAs one who has served for 18 years as a Police Officer for the city of Reno, Scott Hartze has the heart and soul of our community on his mind 24/7. In addition to his role as an Officer, Hartze was the Defensive Tactic Trainer for new recruits and was an on-going mentor as well.

Throughout his extensive career, Hartze dealt with different walks of life every day. It is this experience that refined his ability to know people at their very core, mediate and problem solve through some of the most extreme situations.

Kimberly Moore, Sparks, NVAs a Third-Grade Teacher for 25 years, Kimberly Moore influenced and inspired children to always be their best. Over the years as a teacher at Bud Beasley Elementary, Moore served as PTO President, orchestrated numerous school events and was a true leader in her field.  

Moore has a passion for working with the community and transferred that love of helping others to students through monthly charity fundraising for our nations Veterans and soldiers, as well as raising money for children with cancer, woman’s heart health, animals shelters and many more. 

Today, Moore applies her caring approach to life as a member of the Moore Real Estate Group at Chase International’s Sparks, NV offices. This transition is a perfect step for Moore, who is a native Nevadan and grew up in the real estate business shadowing her family’s involvement in home construction and real estate sales.

Brooke Hagopian, South Lake Tahoe, CAAs a former Escrow Officer and Branch Manager of a face-paced, high volume locally based title company for over 20 years, Brooke Hagopian’s understanding of the buying and selling process is unparalleled. With this experience, she is uniquely equipped to handle any challenge that may arise and will do so with her distinguishable and honorable level of poise.

Throughout the years, Hagopian has seen the extreme highs and lows and has guided her clients through the myriad of emotions that are all a part of the business.

Nic Thompson, Truckee & Tahoe City, CA offices. As the Listing and Transaction Manager for the Northwest Region of Chase International, Nic Thompson is completely dedicated to ensuring each client’s experience is nothing less than the best in the industry.

Throughout his life, Thompson always exceeded expectations in his personal and professional life. While working in Chase International’s Tahoe City office, he assisted one of the region’s top producing Realtors and applied his database management, marketing and website administration skills.

Continuing his interest in real estate, Thompson refined his understanding of the business and was promoted to Transaction Coordinator.

As one who is ready to lend his time and talent when needed, during the pandemic of 2020, he designed and created ear-savers through his 3-D Printer and provided them to hospitals in San Francisco.

“Whatever I am involved with, my mission is to offer ‘peace of mind’ as the end result,” said Thompson.

Jessi Bartlett, Zephyr Cove, NVWith her never-give-up approach to life, Jessi Bartlett continues to thrive throughout her personal life and profession as well. She is a generational Realtor who was born and raised in Lake Tahoe to live a full life and help others do the same through Chase International’s.

Initially, Bartlett started her career while working at an appraisal and mortgage company. After being mentored by some of the top agents in the region, she developed all the skills that are vital to succeed in a competitive market. It is due to this perseverance that Bartlett has been the recipient of the Top Producers Team Awards in the real estate business.

“I appreciate every moment when I can share my life-long insight about the benefits of living and working at Lake Tahoe,” said Bartlett.

Bartlett takes her responsibility very seriously and will not give up until her clients are completely satisfied. She also directs her energy to her profession and is a former member on the South Tahoe Board of Realtors.
