James is an energized player in regional real estate brokerage operations and reinvention. Most recently James oversaw franchise operations for John L. Scott Real Estate, the fourth largest regional brand in America.
Before James’ corporate role, he was a practitioner in real estate with a top-producing, seven-figure real estate business.
A published author of the book “Resucceed,” a next level success handbook for the already successful. His book was written to share his insights with others in fulfilling their own potential.
Although James will travel between all office locations in support of organization growth between the coastal, inland and desert offices as support, he will office in our flagship Scripps Ranch Windermere office location.
As James moves his family from Seattle, Washington, he shares his excitement in joining Windermere Homes and Estates. “As a Southern California Native, born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley, it has been my dream and intention to return ‘home’ one day. And that day is now.”
