Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty Announces Sale of Waterfront Estate for $2.969 Million

Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty NEWPORT, RI – Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty announced the sale of 561 Indian Avenue in Middletown, RI. The waterfront property on nearly an acre sold for $2,969,950. The seller was represented by Tina Wiley of Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty. Leslie Hogan of Hogan Associates represented the buyer. Located in one of Aquidneck Island’s most coveted areas, the sprawling 5,572-square-foot residence was originally built in 1860 and completely renovated in 2004.

The property features two kitchens, four bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths, high ceilings, large rooms, walls of windows, a covered porch and stone patio overlooking the Sakonnet Passage.

This represents one of nine sales over $2 million in Middletown this year, as well as the third highest sale of a waterfront property and one of four sold for over $2.5 million.
