LIV Sotheby's International RealtyDENVER, CO - LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR), Colorado’s locally owned leading real estate firm, is proud to announce that one if its brokers, Anne Dresser Kocur, was selected to participate in a virtual panel discussion, hosted by Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, based in Florida.

The virtual panel discussion took place on Friday, April 24th during which time the panelists offered their professional opinions and personal stories about the state of the real estate markets across the country and in their respective regions, representing major marketplaces in the U.S. and Canada. As a consistently ranked top producer within Denver and LIV SIR, Dresser’s opinion and experience made her a valuable addition to the panel.Anne Dresser Kocur

During the discussion, Dresser offered a quick look at the Denver Metro real estate market commenting “There has not been a significant drop in transactions through March.” The Denver Metro real estate market can expect to see an influx of interested homebuyers visiting listings, with the proper safety precautions in place, in the near future as the stay-at-home restrictions begin to let up and home showings pick back up again.

Dresser was ranked as the number one individual broker for LIV SIR in the Denver Metro Area in 2019 and achieved over $110 million in sales just during last year, has over a 95% client repeat/referral rate, and has won accolades that include being named Top Individual Producer by the Denver Metro Associate of REALTORS®.

According to Dresser, her passion for real estate is fueled by establishing and maintaining relationships that live beyond the closing table. “I strive to find the perfect match for buyers and seller,” said Dresser. The ability to connect with a client and help them reach a goal of theirs through real estate is what drives her incredible work ethic that resulted in her top producer status.

But Dresser attributes more than just her love for real estate as the reason for her success, she recognizes her team as well as the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty brand and the support they provide her. She mentioned, “I couldn’t do it without the real MVP’s, my amazing assistants, who are always on call with a smile.” Dresser went on to say that the being backed by a global luxury brand that people from across the world recognize and respect plays a role in her achievements. She commented “the quality of the marketing strategies and the fact that LIV SIR is always improving their systems to adapt to new trends and tools goes above and beyond.”

As we enter into the second quarter of 2020, Dresser says that this year her goal is to expand her network and increase her referrals. “I would like to increase my inbound and outbound referrals,” said Dresser. “Building more connections with other professionals in the industry will help me create more opportunities for myself and my clients.”

Dresser represents both buyers and sellers and treats each transaction with the same care and high level of service regardless of price.
