SHREWSBURY, NJ- Resources Real Estate sales associate Allison Gregory was recognized for her record-breaking achievements along with several peers for their outstanding sales and productivity during the month of March. The company also announced first quarter sales which exceeded the previous year’s total by 85%. The awards were announced during a company meeting on April 3rd at the company’s new Shrewsbury sales office.
Gregory, who works in the Red Bank office, was named Agent of the Month as well as presented the Regency Award after having achieved a record-breaking monthly point total for new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as client recognition and other business-building activities. Gregory is a recipient of the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Award and member of Who's Who Luxury Real Estate’s Board of Regents.

The Featured Luxury Agent Award was presented to sales associate Patrice Carden from the Shrewsbury office, an honor given to a sales associate active in the luxury market with a residential listing or sale above $1 million. Patrice, currently represents the six-bedroom, six-bathroom waterfront home at 14 Buttonwood Lane, Rumson, listed for $3,000,000.
The Commercial Agent Award was given to Christopher Cornette from the Red Bank office for selling and leasing the most commercial properties in the previous month.
Sales associate Tammy Brindise, Rumson office, was named Top Listing Agent for having the most new listings in February.
Carly York, Atlantic Highlands, was presented with the Rainmaker Award, an honor in recognition of an agent’s efforts to build business in an innovative or otherwise significant way. Carly continued to grow referral relationships with Resources Real Estate’s international luxury partners: while traveling to the UK, Carly met with Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate member Charles Curran from Maskells Estate Agents Ltd in London, to discuss potential cross-Atlantic referrals and learn more about sales and leasing in the UK.
Jeannette and Scott Sieh, Atlantic Highlands, received the Perseverance Award for having closed a transaction despite great challenges, in this case a short sale transaction requiring close attention and follow up on their part so that their clients were successful in achieving their goal.
Sales associate Mark Gregory, Red Bank, received the Team Spirit Award, nominated by fellow agent, Joyce Diamond, Atlantic Highlands, for assisting her with video marketing of her listing. Gregory had been nominated by other agents for similar assistance, as well.
