With this intuition, she is a natural for the business and mentor to all.
“I give my clients the gift of a positive experience, said Ames. “I help them understand the process; in doing so they have smooth transactions from beginning to end.”
In her classically-spirited way, Ames enjoys every opportunity to share her expertise to buyers and sellers alike throughout the West. Her iconic slogan: “I work for you” is nothing short of the undiminished attention her clients have come to appreciate.
The roots of her personal life fuel Ames are nurturing mentality. Be it near or far, it’s not uncommon for her to share her passion for living a healthy life and how we should all use food as natural medicine. She provides that advice while traveling the West competing in cow dog trials and herding her cattle to graze on fresh grass-laden lands.
Cultivating relationships and building trust with clients from all walks of life are skills that Heather Floyd has mastered within her years of property management experience. It is through this profession where she assisted hundreds of clients in one of the most important parts of their lives – finding their perfect home; all of which required her ability to provide a caring, considerate and complete focus on everyone’s needs and desires.
“My clients can trust me to confidently exceed their expectations while creating memorable moments that will last a lifetime,” said Floyd.
During this chapter in her life, Floyd was recognized several times as a top performer throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Today, she blends her iconic city style with her deep appreciation for all that Northern Nevada has to offer – the latter of which is what elicited her relocation from the East Coast to Lake Tahoe.
Floyd now lives in Reno, NV and enjoys all that the High Sierra has to offer and looks forward to the opportunity to help her clients enjoy the area’s many rewards.
Josh Jordan’s exemplary business style has been honed for years as he served his county and community in the law enforcement business. Through his experience in criminal investigations with the FBI, US Secret Service, ICE and other prestigious agencies, Jordan saw individuals in need of assistance from a compassionate professional. It is through this involvement that he learned about the importance of helping uninformed people through challenging times.
Today Jordan assists those who need to sell their house or find a new home with the same compassionate traits that advanced Jordan to his Lieutenant status in his previous career.
“I have a have a strong since of community and desire to help people,” said Jordan. “Seeing a client achieve their goals, while knowing I was able to assist them through the process, is my greatest reward.”
