The location of this house is beautiful on the edge of the village of Grolloo. The location is ideal for people who want to enjoy living outside and/or work from home. The village of Grolloo is located in the middle of the beautiful Drenthe nature in the Borger-Rolde-Westerbork triangle.
The house is located in a wooded area ('loo') on the Rolderrug. There are various nature reserves in the area around Grolloo. The Grolloo forestry, within walking distance of the house and southwest of the village, has different landscapes: heathlands, forests and fens. And of course the world famous 'hunebedden' (dolmens).
The lake "Ieberenplas" is located in the forestry, where you can swim and sunbathe. In the valley of nearby Amerdiep there are grasslands with many special plants and animals. Bluesdorp Grolloo has a primary school, a sports club, two cafes and a small supermarket.
