Joseph is the principal broker and founder of Best Address® Real Estate, a firm that specializes in luxury, historic and architecturally significant properties in Washington, DC and the inner suburbs. He provides his clients with detailed and personalized services while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality for his clientele. Born and raised in DC, Joseph brings an unsurpassed knowledge of and enthusiasm for the city and its varied neighborhoods to his clients.

Joseph has been a speaker on real estate technology on the Inman Reboot Conference, and his firm was recognized by the National Association of Realtors as one of the four most technologically innovative companies in the United States in 2010.

He serves on the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. (MRIS®), the largest multiple listing service in the world. He was the 2009 President of the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR), and represented 9,500 REALTORS® in Washington, DC, and Montgomery County, Maryland.   In addition to having received special training in historic real estate through the National Trust for Historic Preservation, he has earned a "CRS" (Certified Residential Specialist), a “GRI” (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) and a "CRB" (Certified Residential Broker) designations.
