In 1943 Mrs. Gertrude Gardner founded her iconic real estate brand, Gertrude Gardner Realtors. At that time most real estate offices were located in downtown business districts across the country. Mrs. Gertrude Gardner opened her flagship office in the neighborhood where she helped people buy and sell homes in Uptown New Orleans. The concept gave birth to the “Neighborhood Real Estate Office” and helped start a nationwide trend. Located at 7934 Maple Street, the office underwent a complete renovation in 2018 that made the building one of the most beautiful real estate offices in the nation. In 2019 the project was awarded “Most Innovative Office Design” by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. It is located in the heart of Uptown New Orleans and features the finest finishes of any real estate office in the region.
