Trina Lemons

Trina Lemons was born with an international real estate perspective and, with 30 years invested in the Colorado Springs community, brings that global wisdom to the forefront of her clients' care. Trina was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to the United States at the age of 15. Her father was at the forefront of multiple international real estate markets, and instilled a work and life ethic in Trina centered on tenacity, clarity, and service. For Trina, her work as a Realtor comes with a great sense of responsibility to her clients. She gets incredible satisfaction from providing clients with wisdom that can positively impact the rest of their personal and financial lives. Prior to selling real estate, Trina owned and operated a chain of gourmet coffee shops on the military bases in Colorado Springs for 20 years. She had 14 locations and was known for her outstanding service, loyal employees, and delicious coffee. She draws from her experience negotiating government contracts to be a strong negotiator for her clients in their residential real estate pursuits. Trina has a degree in Communications with an emphasis on advertising and marketing from California State University, Fullerton. She is a certified Military Relocation Professional, a VA certified Realtor, and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative. A life-long dancer, she danced ballet for 22 years, has taught Zumba, and is a practicing yogi. She and her husband live in the Patty Jewett neighborhood with their chihuahua, Lola.
