Jennifer Wood

Growing up in a large, extended family that valued real estate above all other investments, it was only natural for Jennifer to follow a similar path. She has spent her entire adult life passionately involved in the industry in one form or another. She began her career as a property manager for apartment complexes and multiple businesses in Lewiston, Idaho. She spent 13 years in Australia as a property investment broker in Melbourne, representing buyers and sellers in residential, income, and land transactions, before moving to Colorado. For 12 years, she has sold real estate up and down the front range, and has also held positions as managing broker and agent leader with PorchLight Real Estate Group in Denver. Jennifer’s full-service, hands-on approach combined with ethics, experience, and expertise has created clients, both past and present, who refer her to their friends, family, and associates time and time again. Buying, selling, or investing, nothing is more satisfying to Jennifer than helping others make good, sound real estate decisions. When she’s not geeking out over real estate, Jennfer enjoys spending her free time public speaking with Toastmasters, exploring and traveling the state, country and world alongside her partner-in-crime, David. She has two daughters, both currently living abroad.
