The sale of my condo was challenging for several reasons, I was located across country, it had not been updated in some time and there were a couple of issues re: the HVAC and sump pump. Christina accomplished what I thought was impossible - she listed the property in under two weeks (which included having it painted, cleaned and some minor maintenance work), then she hosted a couple of open houses during the holiday season that had good turnout. Finally, she found the ideal buyer - one who had cash and was ready to settle quickly. Throughout the entire process she was very professional and responsive. Her knowledge of the condo area was instrumental in the quick speed of the sale and helping to resolve the issues re: HVAC and sump pump.
