Description

After searching the East coast, Beth and her family fell in love with Charleston and purchased property on Kiawah Island. After spending summers and holidays on Kiawah, they were thrilled when the opportunity to relocate presented itself sooner than expected. Beth has lived in Charleston for over twenty years. Though she is a converted southerner, like so many in the Lowcountry, Charleston has come to be her home.
Beth graduated Cum Laude from the University of Dayton where she earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems. Her experiences in the technology arena provided her great opportunities for problem solving. Those skills have served her well as she has assisted clients in their real estate purchases since 2002. She possesses the ability to bring clarity to a deal for both buyers and sellers while ensuring they feel confident and comfortable throughout the process.
Beth has served on the Residential MLS Users Group, Technology Task Force, Members Services Advisory Group, the Grievance Committee as well as the Professional Standards Committee for the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. She is also passionate about bringing awareness and fundraising for a cure for pancreatic cancer, and enjoys participating in the annual Purple Stride walks.
Beth provides a valuable perspective to out-of-town clients, having experienced Charleston with a part-time vacation home and ultimately undergoing the relocation process. She dedicates herself to being highly knowledgeable and up to the moment on the Charleston markets and looks forward to helping you find your home in the Lowcountry.
