Knoll brings a wealth of experience to Madison & Company Properties, including extensive knowledge of Denver’s neighborhoods, historic homes, HUD properties, foreclosures and short sales. He joined the company in December 2013 as the lead broker of the Knoll Team of top producing brokers.

Knoll was recognized by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) as the organization’s 2013 Realtor of the Year. He served as president of the Denver Board of Realtors in 2010 and was the DBR’s youngest President in its 120 year history. Knoll served as President of the DMAR in 2011 and was the 2012 Colorado Young Professionals Network Member of the Year. He also served as 2012 Vice President of Law and Policy for the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR), 2013 Metro District VP for CAR, and is the 2014 CAR Young Professionals Network President.
Knoll garnered numerous awards for superior sales production at his former real estate company. He is a fourth generation Denver Realtor and former managing broker of his former company’s top producing office. Knoll is certified through Ninja Selling, one of the most highly regarded residential sales designations one can achieve.
