SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Effective March 19, Zephyr Real Estate has entered into licensing agreements with two independently-owned real estate brokerages in Sonoma County. Following the sale of Frank Howard Allen Realtors, two independently owned brokerages, in Guerneville and Graton, have elected to affiliate with Zephyr.

The two offices are owned and operated independently, but have licensed the use of the Zephyr brand and resources. Joint sales meetings are planned for the near future so that all agents and brokers can become better acquainted and develop future cooperative efforts.
