In the prestigious resort of Casa de Campo there is a plantation style home that has a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea with Catalina Island to the right, Bayahibe to the left and the Chavon River vista. They both overlook coralline patio with an exquisite orchid garden. On the second floor above the two bedrooms is the Master bedroom with a king-sized canopy bed. It is the size of the two bedrooms below it and boasts an outdoor jacuzzi bath surrounded by yellow trumpet flowers. It too, has a balcony of coralline. The two other up-stairs bedrooms have one room with a king -sized bed and another with a queen sized bed. These balconies over-look Bayahibe and the Chavon River. Each bedroom has their own bathroom.
On the mezzanine, above the living room - dining room, is a game room with a billiard table and card tables.
The living room-dining -room area extend to an outdoor Coraline patio. The living room and dining room floors are made of Carrera Italina Marble with strips of Dominican Republic Coraline. The same materials are used throughout the main house and guest house -- Brazilian Oak, Coraline, and Venezuelan Tiles. The family room is off of the dining room and offers an informal dining and TV area. There is a TV Dish connection in three different areas of the house.
Under the guest house there are four rooms - two for staff and two for storage. These rooms have windows to the outside and one area used for the washing machine and dryer. There is a four car garage with room for three golf cars and a John Deere Tractor which goes to the house. The outdoor lighting was designed by Maler in theater set design - very effective.
The main feature of the house is its large infinity swimming pool. The jacuzzi next to is heated as well as the pool. There are two heaters serviced by a 190 gallon gas tank.
