ceiling (vaults/clay) in the kitchen have been retained during the renovation. The kitchen, with beautiful natural stone tiled floor, with underfloor heating, is fully equipped including a 5-burner Falcon classic 90 (2021) gas stove with 3 ovens, cooker, built-in coffee machine, combi oven and a
spacious American fridge (Samsung, 2021) . There is plenty of storage space due to the adjoining, fully tiled basement with original salt brine tank and upstairs room, which currently serves as an office space.
From the kitchen you can access the veranda (with heating, fan and closable sails) through French doors. Adjacent to the veranda is the garden which is equipped with a heated swimming pool with cover.
The fully tiled bathroom on the ground floor has a spacious hydromassage corner bath, walk-in shower, (Heritage, English design) toilet and (Heritage, English design) vanity unit. The bathroom has underfloor heating and an English radiator.
From the kitchen, the living room can be reached through two black-coated restaurant doors. The former cowshed has been transformed into this fantastic 70 m² living room since 2007! Details such as old trusses have been preserved, but the old tiles have also been restored in the window sills and in the floor. Even the feeding trough has been retained. The old wooden beams and the wooden white floor, in combination with the natural stone, high fireplace, provide a fresh and rural look. As with the kitchen, the living room has double patio doors to the garden. The living room comes with a staircase to the 1st floor. The room can be heated by means of radiators (with conversion), wood fireplace or air- conditioning.
From the living room you walk through a double sliding door to a wonderfully light, (very) spacious room that is now furnished as a TV room. Through the large windows you have a beautiful view of the greenery in the front garden.
The practice space is located adjacent to the TV room, but it also has its own entrance (front and back door) and therefore offers perfect opportunities for a practice, home-based occupation, B&B or informal care. The practice room has a toilet and pantry/kitchen. The room is equipped with (electric) underfloor heating, built-in music system, cameras and all rooms have hot and cold water pipes.
