Il palazzo del 1500 si trova in una posizione strategica rispetto ai servizi e a Piazza Grande, ma soprattutto aspetto davvero raro è l' affaccio su entrambi le valli, la Val di Chiana e la Val d' Orcia, cosa straordinaria per il centro storico. L' appartamento al piano terra rialzato, offre non solo scorci mozzafiato, ma anche grande luminosità, il restauro del 2006 ha esaltato i dettagli autentici come il portale di travertino dell' ingresso al salone, le volte a crociera al soffitto, il pavimento del 500 o la cantinetta ritrovata grazie ad uno scavo chiusa forse dagli anni 50. Entrando ci accoglie un maestoso portone, che si scorge in molte riprese di film e fiction girate in paese, come i Medici, Twilight e altri, il disimpegno è comune solo con un' altra unità al primo piano. Subito la cucina in muratura, ampia, comoda e con vista, poi si passa al salotto con camino in pietra. Nella zona notte troviamo due ampie camere da letto, due bagni e uno studio che in caso di necessità potrebbe essere una terza camera. Molte finestre danno sulla valle che si affaccia su Montefollonico e la val d' Orcia, quindi è silenzioso, garantisce pace nonostante sia nel centro del paese.
