Die Villa überblickt einen der unberührtesten Orte an der Südwestküste Siziliens, zwischen dem Naturschutzgebiet des Flusses Platani, Torre Salsa, der geologischen Stätte Chiodo D'Oro und genießt einen spektakulären 180° Blick auf die Landschaft und das Meer in der Ferne.
Die Villa erstreckt sich über drei Etagen: den Wohnbereich mit Lounge, Kamin und großen Fenstern mit Blick auf das Meer; In der gegenüberliegenden Position befindet sich das Esszimmer mit französischen Türen mit Blick auf den Pool und zur Küste und zwei Doppelzimmer, eines mit eigenem Bad mit Dusche, das andere mit Meerblick und einem eigenen Badezimmer nebenan. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich auch die Küche, leicht erhöht. Im Untergeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer: ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad mit Dusche und ein Doppelzimmer mit externem Bad. Die Räume auf dieser Etage sind mit einem Fenster in der Decke zur Beleuchtung und Belüftung ausgestattet. Auf dieser Etage befinden sich auch ein Wohnbereich, ein Fitnessraum und eine Waschküche. Im ersten Stock befindet sich eine Suite, die nur von außen über eine Außentreppe zugänglich ist, bestehend aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer Küchenzeile. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und die Suite verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Der wunderschöne Außenbereich rund um den Pool ermöglicht es Ihnen, das sizilianische Leben unter freiem Himmel zu genießen, von dem aus Sie die fantastische Landschaft der Umgebung bewundern können, von der Landschaft bis zum Meer. Im Schatten der Veranda gibt es den Essbereich im Freien und einen Ruhebereich.

The villa overlooks one of the most pristine places of the south-west coast of Sicily, between the nature reserve of the river Platani, Torre Salsa, the geological site Chiodo D'Oro and enjoys a spectacular 180 ° view of the countryside and the sea in the distance.
The villa is spread over three floors: the living area with lounge, fireplace and large windows overlooking the sea, in front there is the dining room, with French doors overlooking the pool and look towards the coast and two double bedrooms, one has an en-suite bathroom with shower, the other has a sea view and a private bathroom next door. On this same floor there is also the kitchen, in a slightly elevated position.
In the basement there are two more bedrooms: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and one double bedroom with an external bathroom. The rooms of this floor are provided with a window in the ceiling to illuminate and air. On this floor there is also a living area, a fitness room and a laundry area.
On the second floor there is a Suite, accessible only externally through an external staircase, composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette.
The rooms on the ground floor and the Suite have air conditioning.
The wonderful outdoor space around the pool allows you to enjoy the Sicilian life in the open air, from which you can admire the fantastic surrounding landscape, from the countryside to the sea. We find the outdoor dining area and a relaxation area in the shade of the veranda.

La villa si affaccia su uno dei luoghi più incontaminati della costa sud_occidentale Sicilia, tra la riserva naturale del fiume Platani, Torre Salsa, il sito geologico Chiodo D'Oro e gode di una spettacolare vista a 180° sulla campagna e sul mare in lontananza. La villa si sviluppa su tre piani: l’area soggiorno con salotto, camino e ampie finestre con vista sul mare; in posizione antistante c’è la sala da pranzo, con portefinestre che si affacciano sulla piscina e volgono lo sguardo verso la costa e due camere da letto matrimoniali, una ha il bagno in camera con doccia, l'altra ha la vista sul mare e un bagno privato accanto. In questo stesso piano è presente anche la cucina, in posizione lievemente rialzata. Al piano seminterrato si trovano altre due camere da letto: una matrimoniale con bagno interno dotato di doccia e una matrimoniale con un bagno esterno. Le stanze di questo piano sono dotate di una finestra nel soffitto per illuminare e arieggiare. In questo piano sono presenti, inoltre, una zona giorno, una sala fitness e una zona lavanderia. Nel primo piano si trova una Suite, accessibile solo esternamente tramite una scala esterna, composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia e un angolo cottura. Le camere del piano terra e la Suite dispongono di aria condizionata. Il meraviglioso spazio esterno intorno alla piscina permette di godere della vita siciliana all’aria aperta, dalla quale si ammira il fantastico paesaggio circostante, dalla campagna fino al mare. Troviamo la zona da pranzo esterna e una zona relax all’ombra della veranda.
