Si accede al piano superiore, con una scala in pietra da uno dei due saloni dove si trovano un soppalco/biblioteca, 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Grande lavanderia/guardaroba. Al piano superiore si può accedere direttamente dal piano terra con l'ascensore. L'appartamento non è stato completato ma i materiali sono a disposizione per il completamento.
