From the living room, you can also access the veranda via sliding doors, where you can find a fire place which doubles as built-in BBQ. Covered and sheltered form the wind, the veranda offers a perfect quiet spot to enjoy beautiful unobstructed views over the farmlands and long evenings in the company of family and friends.

The semi-open kitchen has a corner arrangement with various built-in appliances and access to the veranda. Right next to the kitchen is the utility room with toilet, cup board for water and electrical meters and a seperate door leading to the outside. First floor:
Spacious attic floor which can be used as bedroom with plenty of storage space.

CHALETS.
Four chalets (vacation houses) are already installed on the property. The chalets are connected to propane gas. Three are heated by central heating and one by gas furnace.

STABLES.
There are two buildings with stables on the site. The stable complex which includes 10 stables was built in 2011. It is equipped with a laundry room, tack room, central heating system, water circulation pump system with thermostat and a separate training room with kitchen and toilet.

It is with great pleasure and passion that we dedicated the past 10 years building up our horse business on the Lage Veldweg. With a constant focus on building and providing an environment that is as horse-friendly as possible, we enjoy living in the countryside (yet within 1-hour form Amsterdam by car or train), close to the forest. Both our and our boarding horses have a fantastic paradise. However, our family situation has changed and although construction drawings are ready to further develop an eco house, it is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to this fantastic place to pursue opportunities abroad and facilitate business and family expansion. We would like to pass the baton to another nature lover and horse enthusiast to continue developing this beautiful property. With our horse-friendly boarding house and holiday homes, this place is an absolute dream place for every nature and horse lover!
