Villa Cervantes is a sumptuous villa set in beautiful landscaped gardens complete with outstanding swimming pool and water features. The newly constructed property has every modern amenity and is set in a peaceful luxury gated estate with hilltop panoramic views, and yet only a 10 minutes drive from Puerto Banus.

The villa offers air conditioning throughout, plus silent hand-casted fans with teak blades (for those who prefer to sleep without air-con), as well as central heating should you require extra warmth in the winter months.

On the ground floor of Villa Cervantes, there are two double bedroom suites, a large airy and fully equipped kitchen and a large living/dining room with a wall mounted 50-inch HD TV, plus full SKY TV package and 140 satellite channels, and home cinema surround sound system. On the first floor there are a further four double bedroom suites with luxury bathrooms finished in Italian marble, double-ended baths, and large walk-in showers. All six bedrooms have access to either private balconies or a terrace, and can accommodate up to 15 guests. Spectacular mountain views are available from most rooms in the villa.

There is a very large 20 x 12m feature pool complete with a Tropical Island, stunning views and underwater seating. Adjacent to the main pool is the heated Jacuzzi. There is also a table tennis table, Sony Playstation 3 and a gym area. Two mountain bikes are available for those guests wishing to explore over 3 km of enclosed private roads.
