There are several large groups of hard woods in the lowest pasture as well as some tree cover in the southwestern most pasture. Majority of the property is open and cleared.
Water:

There is great surface water on this ranch, including a total of 7 stock tanks or ponds, as well as great frontage on the Red River. There are several water wells in the immediate area, however currently there is not a well on this property.
Terrain/Topography:

Elevation ranges on this property from approximately 1,000 +/- feet above sea level at the highest point on the property to approximately 810 +/- feet above sea level along the banks of the Red River.
Improvements:

All the properties are perimeter fenced and the larger two properties are cross fenced into multiple pastures. The southernmost tract has a barn for equipment and storage.
Recreation/Hunting:

This ranch features an abundance of wildlife including whitetail deer, ducks, turkey, and hogs. There are a lot of great fishing opportunities along the banks of the Red River.
