Description

This complete and professionally furnished equestrian accommodation is situated in a prime location in the direct vicinity of well-known sports and horse trading yards and a short distance from Equestrian Centre de Peelbergen. The full-height and dry cellar can be accessed via wooden stairs. The spacious living room is extended and features a tiled floor with underfloor heating, stucco walls and a stucco ceiling with recessed lighting. Fine, semi-circular bay windows offer a beautiful view of the pastures. The living room enjoys a lot of light. In the living room there is a gas connection for a fireplace/chimney. The riding hall is made of prefab concrete slabs with steel trusses and the roof is covered with asbestos-free corrugated sheets. A skylight has been installed in the ridge of the roof. A sliding door in the side wall provides access to the yard.
