At the front of the House is next to the front door a nice (work-) room with door to the lean-to, delicious bright Conservatory.
The real living kitchen is located at the rear of the House and through the open doors has fantastic views of the great garden. The kitchen is delicious light due to the side window. The modern kitchen is luxuriously equipped with a cooking and rinse island with cupboard space and ample work space. The Cabinet also houses the necessary appliances including coffee maker. The kitchen is fully equipped and by the decor of the kitchen, this is a wonderful meeting place.
Behind a door in the Central Hall you will find the staircase to the first floor. Here are four spacious bedrooms, each with their own atmosphere and charm. Three rooms have a washbasin in the room. The master bedroom is situated at the back of the garden. This room as well as one of the bedrooms at the front, are equipped with a ornamental fireplace. The centrally situated, practical bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a walk-in shower, a washbasin with losgeplaatst furniture and an ornamental radiator. From the bathroom is a lockable and heated laundry room accessible where the connections for the washing equipment. A separate second toilet is accessible from the central landing.
Behind another door on this overflow we find the staircase to the second floor. The attic is an open space where you have sufficient storage space. Both the front and at the rear there are two modest Dormer Windows. Also on this floor is the central heating system. This barn is divided into two parts and both offer a practical loft. At the rear of the barn is the atmospheric veranda. A lovely place to stay during the warm summer evenings. Its fireplace provides extra atmosphere. All the way in the back of the garden is still a beautiful place on the water with completely free view on the disadvantaged. A fantastic place to relax!
