Terrain: The ranch consists of gently sloping terrain varying in elevation from 1860 feet above sea level in the vineyard to about 1800 feet in the southwest corner. Location: Tivydale Road (FM 2093) forms the north boundary of the property with about 2,680 feet of highway frontage. From the Fredericksburg airport and Lady Bird Johnson Golf Course on Highway 16 south of Fredericksburg, take Tivydale Road 7.1 miles west. The ranch entrance is the second ornamental metal gate on the left.
