The Vallijo residential complex is built on an urban estate of 4,000 m2 on the southern edge of the town. It consists of the main house with 400 m2 and two other independent houses of 70 m2 each, a paved parking next to the main house and another parking for the two smaller houses.
The three houses are built with the best systems for comfort and ecological respect: they have underfloor heating (uniform temperature, low consumption and walls without radiators), integral thermal insulation; hot water with exclusive boiler, accumulator and temperature controlled; LED lighting inside and low consumption with day / night sensor outdoors; ventilated sanitary forge and other construction details to facilitate maintenance.
The main house has three levels. The ground floor is entered by a large hall of 12 m2 that gives access to the interior rooms, stairs, kitchen, pantry, storage room and toilet.
The main room, diaphanous, of almost 50 m2 is very bright and covers the entire width of the house, communicates directly with the second lounge-terrace on the east side and with the west porch. It has a living and dining area open to the kitchen.
The second living room-terrace measures about 35 m2, is oriented to the South and East, is very bright, with large windows and excellent views. Conceived as a recreation area has a wood burning fireplace, TV and DVD. It is a very cozy place, like the whole house and communicates with an outdoor terrace of more than 40 m2.

The mirrors are anti-fog, their frames and tiles are handmade and are unique pieces in ceramics. Each room has its own key that also opens the entrance door.
The lower floor, of about 90 m2, faces South. It is reached from the street by paved road for vehicles and by forklifts from the main house. In it we find a studio of 35 m2 consisting of bedroom, living room, kitchen and toilet.
Also a workshop of about 30 m2 equipped for mechanics, carpentry and hobbies, an area for electronics and computers and the room of facilities of the house.
The facilities are divided into three zones to prevent a possible breakdown blocking the service throughout the house. In the installation room we have a boiler with accumulator for hot water, another heating boiler, distribution keys and programmers. In addition to a drying-dryer by fans with capacity for two washing machines, which is collected in the roof of the workshop and we usually use when it rains.
As an annex to the main house a closed caseto with the fuel tank, two washing machines, dryer, storage area and outdoor drying rack. For the care of the garden an automatic robot lawnmower VIKING.
The second house has the previously mentioned plus three bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, spacious and bright living room facing south and with access to the terrace. Kitchen and room for washing machine, boiler and ACS thermos.
The third house also has the said, two bedrooms, large living room facing south, kitchen, pantry and an annex with washing machine, combined boiler and hot water tank, oil tank and outdoor clothesline.
