A new generator tied into the house provides emergency electricity. Water is supplied by a proprietary well and a new reverse osmosis and filtration station in the pump house. The house is move-in ready with all amenities including high speed internet and satellite TV. The solid construction has easily withstood storms for nearly 3 decades, with Canadian maple beams tied to limestone embedded utility poles. The second level is laid with warm pine floors. Glass window walls provide better than 180 degree views.
