PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

When it comes to Byron hinterland holidays, the Byrangery estate is in a league of its own. Located just three minutes from the quaint Northern Rivers township of Federal, this secluded country retreat is nestled on a stunning piece of land. The home enjoys breathtaking sunset views through the wisteria covered arbour and down to the valley beyond.

The Byrangery main residence is a stunning superbly designed home with six generously-proportioned bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Upon gaining entry to this majestic two-storey brick and timber home via a circular driveway, the master residence reveals itself to be a place of tranquil opulence where every feature has been thoughtfully and purposefully positioned.

Playing host to the open plan living and dining rooms in addition to a generous formal lounge and media room with a combustion fireplace, the ground level also features an office, in addition to a well-appointed chef’s kitchen with Callacutta marble bench-tops, walk-in pantry and island bench.

The top level of the home consists of four guest bedrooms, all of which share access to balconies overlooking the pristine garden scape, as well as the master bedroom suite with walk-in robe and ensuite. Book-ending this level is a generous 4m x 4m home office/study area and similar sized mezzanine lounge. Underfloor heating, American walnut flooring, high ceilings and sash and case window treatments are throughout.

$1,600 per night, 7 night minimum stay

Summer, Spring & Autumn school holidays
$1,300 per night, 7 night minimum stay

Splendour in the Grass
$1,300 per night, 7 night minimum stay

Winter months (June – August)
$900 per night, 7 night minimum stay

All other times of the year
$1,000 per night, 7 night minimum stay

Plus a one off linen fee of $250 per booking.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.

Limited firewood is provided during winter months only. If you think you would like a larger supply for your visit to use in the indoor fire/outdoor fire pit, please let us know at the time of booking so we can assist you with options for purchasing more. Please note that fire places and fire pits cannot be used during fire bans.
