The location is very favourable with the plot being slightly elevated, offering privileged views of the Bay of Can Picafort and Cap Ferrutx in the East, of the village Búger in the Southeast and the Serra de Tramontana in the West. Access is very easy, as the villa is only 2 km away from the motorway Palma-Alcudia. Palma city and the airport can be reached in 25 minutes by car.
