Stonecutters 1 consists of four spacious bedrooms with their own en - suites, convenient for both couples and singles as well as large families.

The property enjoys open plan living and dining, well appointed and fully equipped kitchen fitted with brand new appliances and gas cook-top, fire place and outdoor entertaining area with private pool and outdoor shower.

There is also reversed cycle air conditioning throughout as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Within 50m of the Stonecutters 1 there is the locally renowned Bay Leaf cafe with delicious house brewed coffee as well as Naked Treaties raw food bar serving fresh juices and smoothies and mouth watering healthy treats.

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
