PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Aloha Villas offer the tranquil relaxation of a perfect tropical lifestyle and yet are only a short walk to the heart of Byron Bay and its beautiful beaches.

The Executive Villa sits across 2 levels with 4 bedrooms and enjoys its own private pool amongst tropical gardens with a high solid fence offering complete privacy. This house has ample room for the whole family: the spacious open plan living area boasts an eight seater dining table; fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with blender, microwave, 900mm oven and gas stove top, dishwasher and coffee machine; full home entertainment systems and a selection of board games in case there should be any rainy days. The bedrooms all have king size beds (or two king singles), built in wardrobes with full length mirrors and ceilings fans.

Behind the Executive Villa are 3 guest studios/villas which enjoy the ease of open plan living. This includes a kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities. They also have the luxury of king size bedrooms and en-suites, the latest in home entertainment including wall mounted televisions, DVD player & library, iPod dock, air-conditioning and free WIFI.

Each has its own deck which lead to the tropical gardens, heated in-ground salt water pool with spa and pool house with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and BBQ. Guests of the villas can enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast of fresh fruit, freshly baked bread, muesli, yoghurt, fruit juice, assorted teas and coffee each morning. The Aloha Villas have an onsite laundry for guests to use and secure onsite parking.

HOUSE RULES

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
